Slow Broadband Big Issue in the UK says O2

A survey carried out recently by the leading mobile broadband provider operating in the United Kingdom, O2 mobile broadband teaming up with Populus has brought to the fore the fact that most of the citizens of the United Kingdom were concerned about little things than bigger issues.

The survey that participated two thousand people saw 41 per cent of the respondents saying that their most frustrating daily issue was a sluggish broadband internet connection. Meanwhile, 36 per cent of the respondents pointed to an unhelpful and unfriendly customer service as their pet peeve.

The significance of such a survey is apparent in the point that these figures when compared with more serious issues such as crime and job losses, were found to be miles ahead as the pet bugbears of the commoners. Incidentally crime was chosen by 26 per cent of the people as their biggest issue while 18 per cent chose job losses.

This survey has been outlined by the leading mobile operator in the UK as part of its Niggles and Narks campaign that has been launched with a view to curb at least some broadband related frustrations such as sluggish connections and poor customer service.

The chief of Home Broadband at O2, Felix Geyr said while commenting on the survey results that it was clear that the general public of the United Kingdom was getting more and more frustrated with the broadband internet services in the United Kingdom.
